Lost/Stolen Debit/Credit Cards
What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
Please contact the First State Bank of Rosemount immediately once you realize that your card is lost or stolen.
During Business Hours:
Please call the First State Bank of Rosemount at (651)423-1121, Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-5:30 PM.
After Business Hours:
Please call our card provider directly at 1(800) 383-8000. Please do not call or email the Bank directly after hours to cancel your card. We want to make sure the card is immediately cancelled to protect you and your account. Please contact the Bank during regular business hours to get a new card ordered.
Dispute Resolution
Sometimes things happen with your Debit or ATM Card. If a charge appears on your statement that isn't correct we will need to resolve that dispute. That is done through the Shazam© Fraud Disputes Department.
Shazam© will manage the complex dispute process on your behalf. They have a dedicated call center to answer any of your questions.
